Sweet & Salty White Chocolate Fall Fudge

I feel like candy corn is one of those ingredients that’s very polarizing, you either love it or you hate it. I personally have loved it since I was a kid. It’s creamy, sweet, and buttery. It smells like vanilla. What’s not to love? If you are a candy corn lover like me – thank you, you are my people. All those flavors and bright, festive colors make it the perfect partner for white chocolate.

I also absolutely love the combination of sweet and salty, which is why I added some pretzels and peanuts to not only bring the salt, but also add a wonderful crunch. White chocolate and peanuts are actually one of my favorite flavor combos, they’re seriously so satisfying together!
I love cooking/baking for holidays like Halloween because you get to play. You get to have fun with your food. And I have to admit, this was definitely as much fun to make as it was to eat.
